The Mission Statement of Willis elementary School is to provide for the intellectual, personal, social, and physical development of all students to their maximum potential.
At Willis Elementary, we follow three key principles:

- Be Resilient - Stay positive, work through challenges, and never give up.
These values guide us every day, helping us create a strong, supportive school community.
